| A stained glass valance
can be a low cost alternative for
achieving a built-in stained glass look without going to the expense of
filling an entire window with stained glass. The window treatment on
the left
shows a set of two windows... the window treatment on the right shows
the tops of
two exterior patio doors. In both situations, I designed and created
these low cost stained glass panels that were mounted at the tops of
the window frames
and held in place by hidden screws. Both of these projects were leaded
glass. The small circular pieces in the image on the left are faceted
glass "jewels" in various colors. |
